1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

2. Upto 31st October 2026 : 25% cancellation fee; 75% refund.

3. 1st November - 31st December 2026 : 50% cancellation fee; 50% refund.

4. After 1st January 2027 : No Refund will be applicable.

5. GST is non-refundable in all cases.

6. Refunds will be processed within 45 days after the conclusion of the conference.
